Which booking channels does HostQ work with?

HostQ is designed to bring reservations from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, direct bookings and iCal feeds into one calendar and inbox. Connection methods and available features can vary by channel; we'll walk through your setup during your demo.

Do I need to switch everything over at once?

No. Many teams start with one or two listings, connect calendars, then add messaging automations, turnovers and owner reporting at their own pace.

How do guest text messages work?

Guests who opt in receive account notifications such as booking confirmations, check-in instructions, guest profile updates, reservation changes and reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Guests can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See our SMS Terms.

Can my cleaning team use HostQ?

Yes. Team members can see assigned turnovers, complete checklists, add photos and update job status, with access limited to what they need.

Is my data secure?

We use encryption in transit, role-based permissions and access controls. We never sell guest data, and mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I cancel anytime?
